Document 2030 is an international document that in recent years has sparked significant discussions regarding its acceptance and rejection. However, to date, no independent and comprehensive research has been conducted on the compatibility and comparison of this document with Islamic and legal standards. In this article, an effort has been made to examine the equality of women in the fifth goal of Document 2030 from jurisprudential and legal perspectives. The fundamental question posed and examined in this regard is: How can the equality of women in terms of marriage age and the right to divorce in UNESCO's Document 2030 be evaluated in comparison with jurisprudence and law? This article is descriptive-analytical and, using the library method, has addressed the aforementioned question. UNESCO's Document 2030 is in multiple aspects of gender equality in conflict with religious teachings and legal provisions concerning women in Iran. The first conflict relates to the concept of equality. In jurisprudence and law, equality refers to the natural differences in the creation of women and men, whereas Document 2030 emphasizes the sameness of women and men. The themes and standards related to marriage age and women's right to divorce in Document 2030 conflict with jurisprudential and legal standards in Iran.
