رابطه تعارض با والدین و بیثباتی هیجانی با وابستگی به فضای مجازی در دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم

زمینه و هدف: وابستگی به فضای مجازی نوعی وابستگی شناختی، رفتاری و عاطفی است که دارای علائم اعتیاد میباشد و به نظر میرسد که تعارض با والدین و بیثباتی هیجانی با آن رابطه داشته باشند. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه تعیین رابطه تعارض با والدین و بیثباتی هیجانی با وابستگی به فضای مجازی در دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی با طرح همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه همه دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم شهرستان رامسر در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تعداد 742 نفر بودند که از میان آنها 160 دانشآموز با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس تعارض با والدین (استراوس، 1979)، پرسشنامه بیثباتی هیجانی (کاپرارا و پاستوریلی، 1993) و پرسشنامه وابستگی به فضای مجازی (صادقزاده و همکاران، 1397) استفاده شد. دادهها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین تعارض با والدین (27/0=r) و بیثباتی هیجانی (25/0=r) با وابستگی به فضای مجازی در دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0P<). علاوه بر آن، تعارض با والدین و بیثباتی هیجانی بهطورمعناداری توانستند 6/10 درصد از تغییرهای وابستگی به فضای مجازی در آنان را پیشبینی نمایند (01/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج این مطالعه برای کاهش وابستگی به فضای مجازی در دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم میتوان زمینه را برای کاهش تعارض با والدین و بیثباتی هیجانی از طریق کارگاههای آموزشی فراهم نمود.
