مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی و درمان مواجههسازی/ بازداری از پاسخ بر کمالگرایی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- جبری

زمینه و هدف: اختلال وسواسی- جبری یک اختلال مزمن و ناتوانکننده است. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی و درمان مواجههسازی/ بازداری از پاسخ بر کمالگرایی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- جبری بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- جبری مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران در سال 1400 (حدود 500 نفر) بودند. نمونه پژوهش 51 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش اول و دوم بهترتیب 8 جلسه 60 دقیقهای تحت درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی و درمان مواجههسازی/ بازداری از پاسخ قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای درمان ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش حاضر سیاهه کمالگرایی (هیل و همکاران، 2004) و مقیاس وسواسی- جبری ییل- براون (گودمن و همکاران، 1989) بودند. دادههای این پژوهش با روشهای تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی در نرمافزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش مداخله درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی و درمان مواجههسازی/ بازداری از پاسخ در مقایسه با گروه کنترل باعث کاهش کمالگرایی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- جبری شدند و نتایج در مرحله پیگیری حفظ شد (001/0P<)، اما بین مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری و بین دو روش مداخله در کاهش کمالگرایی آنان تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0P>).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج مذکور، مشاوران و درمانگران میتوانند از هر دو روش درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی و درمان مواجههسازی/ بازداری از پاسخ برای کاهش کمالگرایی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی- جبری استفاده کنند.
