اثربخشی آموزش تابآوری بر اضطراب و بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان ورزشکار

زمینه و هدف: تابآوری از طریق سازگاری موفق با شرایط چالشانگیز میتواند سبب بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی شود. در نتیجه، هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تابآوری بر اضطراب و بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان ورزشکار بود.
روش و مواد: مطالعه حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و گواه بود. جامعه این پژوهش همه دانشجویان ورزشکار دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند. نمونه این پژوهش 30 دانشجوی ورزشکار بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شد. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش تابآوری قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه در لیست انتظار برای آموزش ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه اضطراب (بک و همکاران، 1988) و پرسشنامه تجدیدنظرشده بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف و کییز، 1995) بودند. دادههای پژوهش حاضر با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-20 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر حاکی از آن بود که بین دانشجویان ورزشکار گروههای آزمایش و گواه از نظر هر دو متغیر اضطراب و بهزیستی روانشناختی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر، آموزش تابآوری باعث کاهش اضطراب (001/0=P ,06/13=F) و افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی (004/0=P ,96/9=F) دانشجویان ورزشکار شد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از اثربخشی آموزش تابآوری بر کاهش اضطراب و افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. بنابراین، مشاوران و درمانگران میتوانند از روش آموزش تابآوری در کنار سایر روشهای آموزشی برای بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی استفاده نمایند.
