اثربخشی آموزش زوجدرمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایتمندی زوجیت و نشاط معنوی زنان مبتلابه سرطان پستان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف اثربخشی آموزش زوجدرمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایتمندی زوجیت و نشاط معنوی زنان مبتلابه سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون- پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین دارای همسران مبتلابه سرطان پستان بودند که به بیمارستان شهدای تجریش شهر تهران در سال 1401-1402 مراجعه کردند که 40 آزمودنی بهعنوان حجم نمونه با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای مداخله مبتنی بر آموزش زوجدرمانی را دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار ماندند. ابزار گرداوری داده شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد رضایتمندی زوجیت همسران افروز (1389) و نشاط معنوی افروز (1395) بود که برای سنجش روایی از روایی محتوایی و برای محاسبه پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده و یافتهها بیانگر روا و پایا بودن ابزار بود. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره با اندازهگیری مکرر) با نرمافزار Spss-V23 بهره گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بسته مداخلهای زوجدرمانی هیجان مدار توانست (05/0=p) رضایتمندی زوجیت و نشاط معنوی در زنان مبتلابه سرطان پستان را افزایش دهد. بهعلاوه بسته مداخلهای هیجانمدار پس از اجرای پسآزمون، پیگیری شد و نتایج نشان از پایداری درمان در طول زمان داشت.
نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشاندهنده این است که برنامه آموزشی زوجدرمانی هیجانمدار میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله مؤثر برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی و روابط زناشویی زنان مبتلابه سرطان پستان مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. درنهایت، نتایج این پژوهش میتواند به توسعه برنامههای حمایتی و درمانی برای این گروه از بیماران کمک کند و اهمیت توجه به ابعاد عاطفی و روانشناختی در فرایند درمان را مورد تأکید قرار دهد.
