چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت بر خودمدیریت روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در بیماران قلبی و عروقی شهر بابل بود.

روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را ‌کلیه ‌افراد ‌دارای‌ بیماری ‌قلبی ‌عروقی ‌مراحعه ‌کننده ‌به ‌بیمارستان ‌شهید بهشتی بابل در بازه زمانی سه ماهه آبان، آذر و دی ‌سال 1402 تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه 34 نفر ‌از‌مردان ‌دارای شرایط سنی 60 سال به بالا، دارای ‌بیماری‌ قلبی‌ و عروقی که به صورت ‌تصادفی ‌در ‌دو ‌گروه ‌آزمایش‌ و‌ گواه ‌گمارده شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال(2010)، پرسشنامه خود مدیریتی ملاحسینی و برخوردار(۱۳۸۶) و پروتکل درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت دوانلو بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 28 انجام شد. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های بدست آمده و برای بررسی همه فرضیه‌ها و تعیین تاثیر مداخله بر روی گروه آزمایش و ارزیابی تفاضل نمرات دو گروه در فاصله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از تجزیه و تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغییره (مانکوا)، استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت بر خودمدیریت روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی بیماران قلبی و عروقی تاثیر دارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه، درمان روان پویشی کوتاه مدت باعث افزایش خودمدیریت روانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در بیماران قلبی و عروقی می‌گردد.
