Abstract

This study was conducted with aims of representing the effectiveness of wisdom training on mental health and psychological well-being in married women with family dispute in Tehran in the years of 2019. This research is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group. The population of research was including all married women with family dispute in Tehran, 30 people was considered as sample by using random sampling method. The experimental group received eight 3-hour sessions of wisdom training and the control group were treated during this period of waiting. Data collection was Ryff psychological well-being (1989) standard questionnaire, and Goldberg mental health standard questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through SPSS 23 software in aspect of inferential (MANCOVA). The results showed that wisdom training increased is on psychological well-being and mental health in married women with family dispute, also wisdom training had most effect on mental health. So wisdom training programs effective way to enhance the psychological well-being and mental health is visually imperfection.
