اثربخشی درمان عقلانی- هیجانی الیس بر خودمهارگری و امنیت اجتماعی در دختران نوجوان با رفتارهای پرخطر شهر اصفهان

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان عقلانی- هیجانی الیس بر خودمهارگری و امنیت اجتماعی در دختران نوجوان با رفتارهای پرخطر بود.
مواد و روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون- پس¬آزمون با گروه گواه می¬باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دختران نوجوان با رفتارهای پرخطر مرکز اصلاح و تربیت شهر اصفهان در سال 1403 بود که از بین آنها 44 نفر از طریق روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به همین روش در 2 گروه (آزمایش و گواه) گمارده شدند. در ابتدا همه آزمودنی¬ها پرسشنامه¬های خودمهارگری (تانجنی و همکاران، 2004) و امنیت اجتماعی (هاشم¬زهی و مهدوی، 1391) را تکمیل نمودند. سپس اعضای گروه¬ آزمایش به شیوه گروهی درمان عقلانی- هیجانی الیس را در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و هر هفته 1 جلسه دریافت کردند؛ درحالی که اعضای گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای را دریافت نکردند. بعد از اتمام مداخله¬ درمانی و فرایند اجرای پژوهش، مجدداً اعضای هر 2 گروه بار دیگر ابزار را تکمیل نمودند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل داده¬ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تحلیل کوواریانس تک¬متغیری استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان عقلانی- هیجانی الیس به¬طور معنادار بر افزایش خودمهارگری و امنیت اجتماعی و مؤلفه¬های آن (جانی، مالی، عاطفی) در نوجوانان دختر با رفتارهای پرخطر مؤثر بوده است (01/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته¬ها می¬توان نتیجه گرفت که از طریق اجرای درمان عقلانی- هیجانی الیس و فنون و مهارتهای به کار رفته در آن میتوان برای بهبود خودمهارگری و افزایش امنیت اجتماعی نوجوانان با رفتارهای پرخطر بهره برد.
