چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش تعامل والد کودک بر تنظیم هیجان، احساس تنهایی و انزوای اجتماعی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی بود.

مواد و روش: جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیة مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به بیش فعالی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان ساری که در این مراکز طبق تشخیص تیم روانشناس، تشخیص این اختلال را گرفته و پرونده تشکیل داده بود. حجم نمونه نیز بر اساس روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی، برای این پژوهش 30 نفر از مادران از سه مرکز مشاوره منتخب در نظر گرفته شد که نمونه اولیه به تعداد 90 نفر بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامة تنظیم هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران (2001)، احساس تنهایی (انزوای اجتماعی) راسل، پیلوا وکورتونا (1980) و خلاصة آموزش تعامل والد کودک بود. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار بسته آماری در علوم اجتماعی، نسخه 26 (SPSS) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. همچنین از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تعامل والد کودک بر تنظیم هیجان، احساس تنهایی و انزوای اجتماعی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی اثربخش است.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شدت اثر، آموزش تعامل والد کودک بر احساس تنهایی مادران تاثیری بیشتری نسبت به تنظیم هیجان و انزوای اجتماعی دارد.
