ارائه مدل ساختاری رفتارهای خود آسیب رسان بر اساس بدتنظیمی هیجانی و ادراك حمایت اجتماعی با نقش میانجیگر ذهنی سازی و چشم انداز آینده در نوجوانان دختر

هدف: هدف از انجام پیوهش حاضر ارائه مدل ساختاری رفتارهای خود آسیب رسان بر اساس بدتنظیمی هیجانی و ادراك حمایت اجتماعی با نقش میانجیگر ذهنی سازی و چشم انداز آینده در نوجوانان دختر میباشد.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع روشهای همبستگی مبتنی بر روابط ساختاری، مدلسازی معادله ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان 14 تا 16 سال ساکن استان تهران است. نمونه از طریق روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد و اطلاعات به صورت میدانی و از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. جهت آزمون برازش مدل فرضی، روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) به کار گرفته شد و همبستگی بین متغیرها با کمک آزمون همبستگی پیرسون سنجیده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج مربوط به ارزیابی مدل ساختاری پژوهش نشان داد که تمامی متغیرها با رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان دارای ارتباط هستند. نتایج نشان داد که بین بدتنظیمی هیجانی و ذهنی سازی با رفتارهای خود آسیب رسان رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد. همچنین بین ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و چشم انداز آینده با رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان رابطه معکوس وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج بین بدتنظیمی هیجانی و چشم انداز آینده و بین بدتنظیمی هیجانی و ذهنی سازی رابطه معکوس وجود دارد. همچنین بین ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و ذهنی سازی و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و چشم انداز آینده رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که بدتنظیمی هیجانی و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی با واسطه ذهنیسازی و چشمانداز آینده میتوانند رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان را در نوجوانان دختر پیشبینی کنند. این نتایج بر اهمیت مداخلات روانشناختی با تمرکز بر تنظیم هیجانی، حمایت اجتماعی و توانایی ذهنیسازی تأکید دارد.
